Just before the pandemic in 2020, we hired three new junior developers. When the pandemic hit, I had to let them go because there simply wasn’t enough work. That decision was one of the hardest I’ve ever made, and to be honest, it left me hesitant to market the business. For a while, we focused solely on maintaining what we had and keeping our clients supported.
At the beginning of this year, we took our first big step forward by adding Rico Yu as our new Head of Operations. Rico manages our daily operations—overseeing projects, web maintenance, and staff—so we can keep everything running efficiently while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
Fast forward to today: we’ve continued to grow, and now we’re entering another exciting phase of expansion. I’m thrilled to announce that we’ve added two more team members who will help us become even more productive and continue delivering results for our clients.
New Accounts and Admin Team Member
The first is Mae Briones, who will be handling bookkeeping and invoices moving forward. If you’re a client, you’ll be hearing from Mae soon. She’s organized, detail-oriented, and will ensure that everything runs smoothly on the accounts side so we can stay focused on what we do best—building high-performing websites.
