I would not suggest misspelling any of the keywords. I would alternatively suggest playing with words and informing your readers that “Cayman” is sometimes spelled as “Caymen” and that inadvertently should help you rank for “caymen islands.” Of course other considerations aside such as your website being Search Engine Friendly.
