Security Update for WordPress CMS Websites

A recent security issue with WordPress was made aware to the public as early as August 6, 2014. I first read about the security vulnerability from this article.

Security update

Please note that most of our clients are on auto updates. These auto updates will just automatically update the version of your WordPress, which is great but on the negative side, you will probably notice compatibility issues along the way. We also update the website manually to make sure that all plugins work.
